Friendship

Oh, the joy of friends...you have so many different friends in different places for different things. I have my AMRY friends that have moved away, my ARMY friends here, my co-workers, my internet friends, my scrapbooking class friends. I love my relationships with them all. Some have been rocky and instead of looking at it in a bad way, I have learned from it. I have grown as a person. I value who I have become. I don't let anyone walk all over me and I need to stand on that. I have gone through alot with some of my friends and in the end we are still friends. That says alot! That says that I have built relationships with them to where they can handle speedbumps, roadblocks, stop signs, and U-turns...I treasure that. Sometimes I need some space to gather my facts and thoughts to bring to the table for discussion, but in the end, it works out. My friends accept me for who I am that is important. You need friends like that. You need to know that you are not out to impress them for any reason. Everyone of my friends comes from a different background and that makes us who we are, makes up our personalities, gives us our strengths and weaknesses, and our inner beauty. If we can not be ourselves around our friends, then who can we be??
